The Zeltreich Empire, boasting vast territory across the continent. Virgard was born as a prince of this empire. However, when he was twelve, he—being lower than 20th in line for the throne—fell victim to a purge by his older brother who had newly ascended to the imperial throne.

Barely escaping the imperial capital, Vilgard fled to another country, where he concealed his identity and spent nearly ten years.

However, even as he resolved to begin a new life, that hope was shattered—imperial knights began to close in on that nation as well.

Currently, the continent is rife with conflict, heavily affected by the empire’s internal strife that split it into three factions. Battles break out endlessly across the land.
